Product Overview
Scion Plasma’s DC-RF filters are designed and engineered for combining DC and RF powers to excite plasma. It is particularly suitable for the SPR-100 ion source and large linear SPL ion sources. The compact design allows users to install the filter boxes near the ion source for efficient power delivery. The filters have two input terminals for DC and RF, respectively, and one output terminal for combined DC+RF delivered to the plasma source through a coaxial cable. The DC-RF filter effectively prevents mutual interference of the power sources.
